NB: All activities and programs are not compulsory. Set your own pace and rest, relax and rejuvenate.

Accommodation

Retreat accommodation consists of comfortable motel-style rooms, each with en suite.  Rooms are light and airy, ensuring your stay will be restful and peaceful.

Healthy Meals

Our meals are nutritious delicious gourmet vegetarian for those seeking fitness and wellbeing,  Our aim is to provide simple healthy food, that you can cook at home. We will provide you with some of our favourite recipes.

We also have a number of weight control programs including fasting, juice fasts, detoxification, herbal programs or a calorie-controlled menu supervised by Swami.
