Yoga class times at Swami's.
Classes are for all levels as you will be instructed to only go as far as you can and not to push or strain. Most classes conducted by Swami so you have the best of teachers.
We have 4 Yoga classes a week at Swami's Kenthurst ashram/retreat set amidst peaceful bushland.

** NB: Meditation is not on every week. Please call/email to confirm.
There is no need to book. Just turn up in comfortable clothes and bring a towel to cover your mat. Mats are provided.
Cost: $12 per class or $100 for 10 class pass. Your first class is free!
