Make your mornings cheery with our cheerful chia pudding made with delicious vanilla and cinnamon! This dessert or breakfast is so easy to make and packed full with nutrients and protein. You can follow the recipe, then add your favourite toppings to enjoy!

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 300 ml preferred plant milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 sprinkle cinnamon
  • 1 tsp agave or rice syrup
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful frozen berries
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut
  • 2 tsp homemade granola optional


  • Line a glass jar or cup with thinly sliced banana pieces (for decoration)
  • Combine the plant milk, chia seeds, vanilla, agave syrup & cinnamon into a bowl and stir well until the consistency becomes a thick jelly like substance
  • Add the chia mixture into the glass jar and fill half way, being sure to press the sliced banana pieces to the side of the glass
  • Then add more banana pieces to the side of the glass and fill the middle layer with frozen berries of your choice
  • Add a final layer of chia pudding and then place in the fridge to set further (or if you mixed it well you can eat it right away)
  • After the chia pudding is set, you can decorate as you wish with granola, extra berries & desiccated coconut flakes
