Crispy Kale Chips
We are excited to share our crunchy kale chip recipe with you! Did you know that kale is one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet? It's loaded with nutrients, vitamins & minerals, and they're the perfect snack before or after yoga. They're filled with flavour and make a much healthier chip alternative!
- 1 bunch kale
- 15 ml olive oil
- 2 g sea salt
- Wash kale and rip leafs off the stock then gently dry with a tea towel
- Preheat oven to 160°C
- Prepare a baking tray with baking paper
- Spread kale on to tray and lightly sprinkle with olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.
- Turn oven down to 150°C then put the kale into the oven until crunchy and dehydrated. (approx. 30min)
