We are excited to share our crunchy kale chip recipe with you! Did you know that kale is one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet that is loaded with nutrients, vitamins & minerals? These kale chips are the perfect snack before or after a yoga snack that are filled with flavour and make a much healthier chip alternative.
- 1 bunch kale
- 15 ml olive oil
- 2 g sea salt
- Wash kale and rip leafs off the stock then gently dry with a tea towel
- Preheat oven to 160°C
- Prepare a baking tray with baking paper
- Spread kale on to tray and lightly sprinkle with olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.
- Turn oven down to 150°C then put the kale into the oven until crunchy and dehydrated. (approx. 30min)
