Deepen your practice and understanding of Yoga and life.
In this retreat, we will work on the simple but powerful basics of Yoga. Yoga is in fact very simple, you don’t need to know much to practice and benefit from it. Understanding how to practice is the key.
This retreat is suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced students.
You will learn how to integrate more of the yogic practices into your life. We will work on a specific yoga sequence that you can memorize and practice on your own after these seven days. It will have a wonderful grounding effect on the mind. There will be options and variations suiting your individual needs. The sequence includes a holistic physical practice (yoga asanas) that serves the whole body. It includes mantra (prayers and affirmations), breathwork (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana).
We will also create a Satsang (community of like-minded people) with this course. Working together in a group for five days on ones physical health, mental health and spiritual growth, binds and creates deep friendships. Not just with other fellow practitioners but especially with oneself.

No matter your personal goal for this retreat, I aim to transport Yoga to you in the most simple and most effective way so you can benefit from it as I have been benefitting from it ever since i started practicing.
A little summary of what to expect:
You will learn about the history of yoga, the 8-Limbs of Yoga as written in Patanjalis Yoga Sutras. How to practice correctly and safely Asanas, Pranayama, Mantras and Meditation. Ethnics and world views of the yoga philosophy. Create a daily practice routine (Sadhana) with the aim enlightenment (clarity, peace and harmony in ones mind).
Learn about all the physical, mental and social health benefits of your practice.
Workshops will include Ayurveda, Anatomy, Philosophy, Nutrition and difficult Asanas.
All classes are optional – this can be a nice chill retreat, or a hardcore study period, or a bit of both.
Example of a possible daily routine:
5:30am Chanting and guided meditation including silence period
6:30-8:00am Pranayama and Asana practice (intermediate-advanced)
8:00am Breakfast / mindful meal
10:30-12:00 Pranayama and Asana practice (beginner)
12:30pm Lunch break
2:30pm Bush Walk / Taiji / Qigong / Meditation / Yin Yoga
4:30pm Workshops (Philosophy / Anatomy / Ayurveda / Nutrition / Headstand, Handstand)
7:30pm Yin Yoga / Meditation / Chanting / Yoga Nidra / Satsang / Yoga Movie
9:30pm Lights off

All the meals in the retreat are completely vegan, gluten-free, sugar and garlic and onion free (Sattvic diet). There will be detoxing teas and ginger lemon water every day. Massages, treatments and consultations will be available for an additional charge.
