Situated on 60 acres of tranquil bushland and only 55 minutes from the centre of Sydney, Swamis Yoga Retreat offers yoga, Qi Gong and meditation classes inspired by yoga expert Swami Sarasvati, massages and nutrition advice. Our comfortable guest rooms will ensure you a relaxing time. Our team will also treat you to delicious vegetarian fresh meals for a healthy lifestyle.
Facilities include a pool, spa, sauna, gym and tennis/basketball court. Stays are all-inclusive, except for massages. Optional weight loss, stress management, and quit smoking programs are also available upon request.

NB: All activities and programs are not compulsory. Set your own pace and take some time to relax and rejuvenate.
Check-in time is 4pm, but you’re welcome to arrive at 3.30pm. However, your room may not be ready until 4pm.
Check-out time is 4pm but if we can have your room at 10.30am so we can make it up for those coming in. However, there is no rush to leave.
Retreat accommodation consists of ten spacious and bright cabin-style rooms, each with en-suite bathroom and cosy bedding. Located by the pool, our guest rooms will ensure you a beautiful and calm sleep. We have single, twin and triple share private rooms. Use of retreat facilities (sauna, spa, pool, gym & tennis court) is included for every guest.
Healthy cuisine plays an essential role in a salutary lifestyle. Our team prepares homemade vegetarian meals and herbal tea to ensure you get the energy you need for exercising throughout the day. Our chef can adapt the menu to your preferences and food allergies. We can also provide you with the recipes for most dishes so that you can continue your wellness journey at home.
Yoga classes at Swamis are suited for all levels. You will be instructed to only go as far as you can and not to push or strain. Yoga is not about achieving the most impressive poses but rather challenging yourself at your own pace. Our classes are conducted by professional yoga instructors who are close to Swami Sarasvati and follow her unique holistic yoga and meditation approach.
