Tofu Scramble
A tasty Tofu Scramble that's quick, easy, and delicious! Our recipe features seasoned tofu mingling with colorful veggies for a light and satisfying breakfast or brunch. With a perfect balance of flavors and textures, this plant-based dish is a fuss-free way to kickstart your day with something wholesome and flavorful.
- 2 Onions Red
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 2 packets Hard Tofu
- 2 stems Kale
- 2 tsp Ginger
- 2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Curry Powder
- Salt & Pepper
Begin by adding olive oil to a pan
Add finely chopped onions and garlic to the pan
Cook over medium heat until the onions are soft and golden brown
Add chopped kale to the pan and cook until tender
Microwave the tofu briefly to warm it
Crush the tofu into bite-sized pieces
In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed tofu with a well-balanced mix of seasonings, including salt and pepper
Transfer the seasoned tofu mixture to the pan
Add sundried tomatoes to the tofu mixture
Stir and cook until the tofu is thoroughly heated and all ingredients are well combined
