Tofu Scramble
A tasty Tofu Scramble that's quick, easy, and delicious! Our recipe features seasoned tofu mingling with colorful veggies for a light and satisfying breakfast or brunch. Ingredients
- 2 Onions Red
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 2 packets Hard Tofu
- 2 stems Kale
- 2 tsp Ginger
- 2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Curry Powder
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Begin by adding olive oil to a pan
- Add finely chopped onions and garlic to the pan
- Cook over medium heat until the onions are soft and golden brown
- Add chopped kale to the pan and cook until tender
- Microwave the tofu briefly to warm it
- Crush the tofu into bite-sized pieces
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed tofu with a well-balanced mix of seasonings, including salt and pepper
- Transfer the seasoned tofu mixture to the pan
- Add sundried tomatoes to the tofu mixture
- Stir and cook until the tofu is thoroughly heated and all ingredients are well combined
