Tuesday 7:30-8am: Rise & Shine
Start your day with purpose! Use your breath to bring a renewed sense of vitality, focus, attention and presence to your day.
Thursday 6-6:30pm: Unwind & Ground
Use breathwork to boost your vitality and reset your mind, emotions and body to experience natural states of calm, joy, and ease.
Sunday 5-6pm: The Sunday Reset
Settle into gentle restorative breathwork and yoga to stretch out the body and stabilize the nervous system to leave you relaxed and rejuvenated.
