Namaste!

We look forward to welcoming you to your upcoming day retreat at Swami’s. 

Check-in time is 10am. Check-out is 5pm. 

A TYPICAL DAY AT SWAMI’S:
10.30 Hatha Yoga class
12.30 Wholesome vegetarian lunch
2.30 Workshop
3.30 Free time to use the gym, spa or just relax by the pool
4.00 Therapeutic Yoga class

We suggest the following checklist of items to bring: 
• Hand sanitiser• Yoga mat • Comfortable casual clothes suitable for exercise (for Yoga, walks etc) • Swimming costume and towel (if you fancy a swim or a spa) • Sun protection (sunscreen and hat) • Comfortable lace-up shoes for bushwalking • Naturally, we request that you leave all food, cigarettes, alcohol and the like at home.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
If you have any dietary or medical requirements please let us know so that we can make prior arrangements. We are happy to accommodate any special needs you may have.

FEELING UNWELL?
Naturally, if you have any flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with someone that has, please postpone your retreat. As part of our COVID-19 response, we have implemented new procedures to keep everyone as safe as possible including increased cleaning and physical distancing. We are following all NSW Health and government guidelines. Please see our website for more details.

UNABLE TO MAKE IT?
If for any reason you’re unable to attend your retreat, please let us know as soon as possible. As we have limited our numbers to assist with physical distancing, we have a waitlist of people that wish to come.

DIRECTIONS
Our address is 183 Pitt Town Rd, Kenthurst. Please note ‘Google Maps’ is sometimes taking people to the rear of our property down a side street. There is no access from this side. Please stay on Pitt Town Rd to enter our driveway at the colourful flags. The driveway is steep in parts so please drive slowly!
