Day Passes

For those who aren’t able to stay with us for an overnight retreat, we also offer Day Passes. We know that life can be busy, and sometimes making time for ourselves means getting away just for the day. You can join in for our activities, such as yoga and workshops, or enjoy our facilities, including pool, steam room, and sauna. You may also like to book a massage for the ultimate experience in relaxation. Make the Swami’s experience fit with your schedule by choosing either a Full Day Pass (8:00am-8:30pm) or a Partial Day Pass (10am-5pm).

During your visit, you have full access to all facilities – pool, steam room, sauna, gym, tennis/basketball court, and library – and all activities, including yoga, workshops, and meditation. All inclusions are optional, so you get to create your own experience based on what works best for you!

Full Day Pass

Enjoy a full day of activities and three homemade meals at Swami’s. Your Full Day schedule includes:

• 8am: Guided bushwalk & meditation
• 9am: Breakfast
• 10:30am: Morning Yoga
• 12pm: Fresh vegetarian lunch
• 2:30pm: Workshop
• 4pm: Afternoon Yoga
• 6pm: Hearty vegan/vegetarian dinner
• 8pm: Meditation

Partial Day Pass

Enjoy a half day of activities at Swami’s, including lunch. Your Half Day schedule includes:

• 10:30am: Morning Yoga
• 12pm: Fresh vegan/vegetarian lunch
• 2:30pm: Workshop
• 4pm: Afternoon Yoga
