Event Description: Attend a Mother Nurture Yoga Pregnancy Day Retreat to relax and prepare mentally and physically for birth and motherhood.

Then join us for our gorgeous Pregnancy Day Retreat at Swamis for a day of nourishing Yoga to stretch and release aches and pains…Meditation…Deep Relaxation… Childbirth Education to prepare you for a Natural Birth… Healthy, Delicious Food…and the company of other Mums-To-Be… surrounded by nature.

10:30 Morning Tea, Introductions, Discussion About Labour And Natural Pain Management
11:30 Positions For Active Birth, Breathing Techniques And Relaxing Hypnotherapy For A Positive Birth
12:30 Lunch – Delicious Vegetarian Food and time to chat with Midwife & Lactation Consultant Keren
1:30 Gentle Prenatal Yoga and Roll and release/self-massage techniques with Keren
2:30 Yoga Nidra (Deep Guided Relaxation) and Sound Bath with crystal singing bowls
3:30 Afternoon Tea
4:00 Close And Departure
And of course, you can skip any of the sessions to spend time lounging by the pool, bush walking and reconnecting with nature in the beautiful retreat grounds.
The Retreat is suitable for all pregnant women, whether or not you have done yoga before. It’s also suitable for first-time mums, as well as second/third time mums!Sign me in!

I’m Caroline, Mum to 3 gorgeous girls, Pregnancy & Birth Coach, Doula, Founder of Mother Nurture Yoga, and a Senior Prenatal Yoga Teacher. And I’m so excited that you’re here!
I’ve been obsessed with yoga for a long time. My first experience of yoga was from a book I borrowed from the library when I was 8 years old. My love affair only grew from there.
Over 30 years later I’m still a total yoga geek, and I also love everything about pregnancy and birth!
The reason I started Mother Nurture Yoga in 2012 was because of MY birth experiences. And my desire to help as many women as possible to avoid the first kind of birth experience that I had. But mostly, because my second and third births were beautiful – and THAT is what I wish for YOU.
