  • Oats
  • Dates
  • Raisins
  • Milk


  • Soak dates in water until softened.
  • Bring the soaked dates to a boil.
  • Place oats in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour your choice of milk (oat, almond, soy) into the bowl with oats.
  • Add raisins to the oat and milk mixture.
  • Once dates are boiled, incorporate them into the oatmeal mixture.
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly


  • Add 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds per serving
